Wounded No More:  An experiential online class (6 weekly sessions) to help you reclaim your childhood and reclaim your power.

Through guided hypnosis meditations, coping strategies, discussion, and support, you will empower your inner child, and your adult self and release the past. Generating strength and no longer generating trauma, pain, and woundedness.

When: 6 consecutive Thursdays from 01/30/25 through 03/06/25

Time: 7:00 to 9:00 pm (EST)

Where: Online via Zoom  (a link will be sent after registration)

Cost: $450 $299.  (There is an option to “pay later with Paypal” at checkout. Payments can be broken up over weeks or even months)
